Within the framework of the action “Competitiveness of tomorrow – training programmes” of the cross-border INTERREG project PAE, the partners have
- analysed the gap between the current training offer in the Greater Region and the needs of the automotive industry and
- identified 8 technologies that are important for the future of the industry and for which there is a need for training.
The aim is to provide educational institutions with guidelines for the design of future training courses.
