THE CONSORTIUM

In order to provide support for automotive companies and research centres, Saarland set up the automotive.saarland cluster. It networks the companies and R&D facilities of the automotive industry so knowledge and experience can be exchanged, skills and competencies bundled. Since 2006, automotive.saarland has been based at what is now saaris – saarland.innovation&standort e. V. This initiative is supported by the state and the EU, and operates in constant contact with the VDA, the Chamber of Commerce, the automotive networks of the SaarLorLux metropolitan region, and other facilities both within and outside the state. Beyond the state’s borders, automotive.saarland is able to respond quickly and efficiently to is members’ requirements, which makes it the perfect interface when it comes to finding and making the right contacts.

Automotive.saarland is a methodological Partner of the PAE-Project.
